This was a rough week from 1 July-8 July was only able to exercise 1 day and it was only 40 mins at a slower pace than normal.
I did continue to eat reasonably well, staying within my calorie intake, just not necessarily the best of food choices.

Even though I did not get to work out as much, I was still active and burned anywhere from 2600-3100 calories a day, with one day below the 2200 a day goal.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week
