I weighed myself a couple days ago at 280 before I started cutting out bad foods so I thought that's what weighed but stepped on the scale this morning at 276.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 28.0 lb a week
