Well, here I am again. UGH! I have let life get in the way of taking care of myself. Over the holidays, I let things slip. I have also had alot of stress lately which landed me in the ER when my BP was 180/99. Think it was a panic attack. Docs could find nothing wrong with heart and I have been tracking BP for 2 weeks and it is typically in the 125/75 range. Going for stress test in a week. I am getting my walks in or doing the treadmill. Need to work on my calorie intake.
