I am not a believer that 1 diet is the answer to all your life’s problems. Your body is very intelligent and can adapt to whatever you put your mind to. The best thing to do is lose what you want to lose and once you get stuck and can’t lose anymore switch up the diet whether it is keto or intermittent fasting or calorie deficit, cardio, or resistance training. The list goes on and on but once you get to your ideal weight have a balanced healthy diet and always try to move more then you consume and you will be just fine!
126.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
