Hi everyone
Advice pls am following a keto diet with IF day six & found my hunger is vanishing day by day my Cal intake is about 1000 cal max mostly under should I force eat ? Or just listen to my body & not eat stick with OMAD ? Anne Help anyone pls advise sos

167.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Calories sound very low. You certainly don’t want to loose muscle by not eating enough

Thanks everyone points noted I will listen to my body & see how it goes …. I find meal times add so much joy to my evening but now I’ve come to understand it was the insulin that made me overeat or not burn fat so that’s the main issue under control I am experiencing rapid weight loss which will record once I reach a decent drop am really pleased with myself thank you for stepping in & helping me out ur the Best xxx
