Only a small decrease since my last weigh in, but I'm extremely happy with any loss since I "splurged" and let myself eat and drink what I wanted last Saturday and Sunday for Galentines and Valentines. Went way over in calories both days, so I was afraid it would set me back for a while.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
