I can't believe how much I had to eat yesterday:( It had to be over 1000 calories, though that's what I tracked (I do my food tracking on another site). I'm up half a pound today, but we'll see if that's just temporary. I'm SO MAD!!!:( I actually have two scales. One said that I had gained .5 and the other said that I had maintained. I usually take the higher weight, so that's what I'll do. But I'm not happy.

A thousand calories isn't that much and your weight is going to fluctuate constantly. It's normal for it to go up and down hourly. Your body is made of up to 60% water. Many different things can change your weight (not just the food you eat). Too much sodium, exercise, medications, monthly hormones, stress and many other things. The less calories you train your body to lose on, the harder it becomes to maintain your weight when you get to your goal weight. Exercise can be a big help. Every little bit helps. Don't sweat the normal fluctuations.
