Water weigt is up to 33% this week not sure why that is. My norm is in the mid 20's. Tomorrow starts the beginning of my major fourth of July celebrations how will I fair? When I started down this road I promised myself that major holidays should be times of quilt free celebrating. No they do not need to be centered around food but lets face it feasting is always a major component. I will still try to make wise and informed choices on what foods and how much of then I stuff in my pie hole lol. I am thinking of taking regular trips to the bathroom, looking at myself in the mirror and reminding myself of the need for moderation.
