215.8 lbs this morning. It's more and more challenging with all the temptations around due to the season. This weekend we'll be making cookies and candies so this could be my lowest weight before Christmas. I'm going to make Grand Marinier chocolate truffles to give as gifts to co-workers, hopefully I can hold off eating too many of them in the process. A test of will power for sure.
