I've tried IF, but usually get a headache after 11 hours without food. (water, tea doesn't help). I wish I could, the benefits are real.

LB~ OMAD is a great idea! I stop golfing & heavy running for awhile due to injuries. I mostly do indoor cycling these days. Also do IF dusk to dawn 2 days a week 🕺🏻… lol

I accidentally put Gold instead of Golf many months ago then just kept doing it 🤷♀️ Wondered why you never said anything 🤣

Hey Matt, I've been drinking Cinnamon Spice Tea and take Turmeric and Cinnamon Capsules every day for allergies. Allergies are almost non-existent anymore, also helps keep inflammation down in joints. (I noticed you appreciated that post. Thanks)

I do take Cinnamon powder with coffee almost daily.. tastes better :)
