i just don't know what else to do to g my weight to begin coming down again....anyone have any advice????
254.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look at how far you have come. You are doing great. This is just a small blip on the weight loss journey. Maintaining during this time of year is pretty amazing. The new year is coming so renew your motivation. Sometimes we get slack and don't do everything we are supposed to do. Go back to the beginning. Track all your food honestly. Drink your water. Get in your lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Limit processed foods (sodium). Try some new workouts. Switching things up can get the scale moving again. Try new recipes, new workouts. Add some strength training workouts in if you haven't already. Kick up your cardio. Upping intensity burns more fat and calories faster and can get the scale moving again. Upping protein and fiber can also help. Add two cups of green tea in to your day (but drink in morning because of caffeine.). Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight shifting. Go on Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have great quotes, pics and recipes that get me motivated and moving. Set up non food rewards that will motivate you (set small 5lb goals). A nice manicure, cd, spa day, etc. Some great sites for recipes: Emilybites.com, skinnytaste.com, skinykitchen.com, cookinglight.
