After a day of festivities yesterday and quite an upset stomach this morning (probably from too much food yesterday) I was really dreading getting on the scale this morning. It could also be just a pms drop - that does tend to happen and then after tom then I slowly get back up a bit.
If it's an actual drop that would be pretty awesome!
today we are doing my pre birthday so there will be some low carb baking going on and probably lots of eating so let's see if tomorrow is so generous! lol!
