I had a wonderful day yesterday with my little granddaughters. They brought a big bag of lime tostitos to snack on (my favorite) and I didn't even cave. That is until last night after they left and I noticed they forgot to take the bag with them. I should have put the bag in the trash, but I knew I had salsa and sour cream in the fridge and I finally caved and finished the bag. The scales tell the tale this morning. Today I will pay the price for indulging last night, by cutting calories today.
