I fell off the radar for a few days, I had some feelings to eat but I must say it was with more restrain that I would of done just a few month ago, I was looking at those Giant Lindt balls, 550g of pure poisonious delight but decided it wouldn't help so walked away, nothing lost but nothing gained. I'm out foe most of the day today so had a huge breakfast of oats and will pack some good snacks, it has been a while since I have had oats lets see if they do all the things I remember them doing!
