I'm just feeling so much better my back wasr really killing me and I see now that its from working out at the gym but I'm going back today so I really hope that I see wa bunch of new weight Lois's by next week
254.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
