Wow, where do I start? Last night's dinner was a last minute surprise to me. Considering the menu, I felt like I made some good choices but it still took me over my chosen RDI. All that being said, I'm pleasantly surprised to see a .2 lb drop. I do have another business lunch today, so hopefully I can have some food choices that will help. So there!
