I have been drifting but hopped on the scale this AM. I know I can't eat like that and lose weight. Despite that I lost .2. Getting back on track is my goal.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
