I'm struggling I think the holiday foods they're more difficult to say no to.idk Ineed to get back on track. lots of pain in my back so I'm becoming afraid to work out at gym cuz I don't wanna get more hurt. ohhhh idk
254.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well your chart looks great. If you can't lose right now, staying the same till after the new year is a great goal. Don't do any activity that will aggravate your back. Walking is great activity. Just staying busy helps burn calories. If you have a pool at the gym, swim laps. Focus on portion control. Get plenty of protein to keep you satiated. Plan ahead for parties. Always peruse the buffett first. Take things you don't get ot eat much, instead of things you can have any time. Google ways of getting through the holidays. There are some great tips out there.
