It was only a few days ago that I was 201.8. I wish it was as easy as I screwed up but I didn’t! I started my cycle so maybe that is part of it but I’ve been eating good and working out just like I always do. I’m going to switch it up a little and move my breakfast to lunch and not eat much in the morning for a few days. Hopefully that helps get me back down to where I was quickly. Ugh.
