Have been good about going to the gym on a regular schedule thanks to joining with a friend. trying to get in 2-3 hours a week on the elliptical.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
