as of Saturday December. 6, 2014, I am at 199.7lbs. been having abit of gloomy depressing day, but that's okay. Since this day is almost over, I'm just gonna set a few goals. Gonna take one day at a time. Focus on walking, working out and eating healthy from here on out. No more sugars sweets. Drink lots of water..and focus staying positive and think healthy.
