Wow. Starting to see results in my clothes and on the scale. Put on a dress yesterday that I haven’t worn in 3 years just to try it on. Gave me even more motivation to keep going. Then Really worked my toosh off yesterday on the peloton and hit a PR. Also did good on my diet. Feels good and motivating to see results.
