Weight has been around 89.3kg for the last two weeks. Maintaining 3,000 to 4,000 calories per day. Has the weight gain stopped?
196.9 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
