yesterday was one of those days I was just starving all day, I blame the high carbs and weight training at the gym this week but hey I still put the food in my mouth, luck it was with some restrain and on my new daily cal allowance and not the pre determined one by fat secret. Off to the indor tramp city today with a couple of fun filled 4 year olds, if that doesnt burn soem cals Im not sure what will. Have a great weekend peeps xx
