Hi all
Finally went for that blood test awaiting the results being anaemic is a pain sometimes but had to stop the tablets due to an elegiac reaction am really pleased with myself back on track food wise & going for a walk now in a will try 10 mins today I had planned on fish but its expired so will have to think of something thank you for all the lovely Birthday Wishes love u all ❤️❤️❤️
161.8 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
