So finally I need to really start getting back on track with my diet...I have been working out and really trying to build muscle so I can keep up my metabolism. I really enjoy lifting weights now...and doing HITT cardio. I cannot stand running intervals on a treadmill for an hour...I rather do different exercises and switch it up day by day. I am starting to learn what keeps me motivated in the gym.
With my new job I am starting to stay at my boyfriends place more often when the weather is bad..or traffic is bad. He has no gym and I do not have a gym membership near him, I am trying to find ways to workout without all the equipment. So tonight the plan is to do some really hard core jumprope circuit. I cam readying jump rope can be a killer workout. I think I am going to give it a try as a cardio workout until tomorrow when I can hit the gym and do some weights.
Hopefully I can finally motivate myself to get to my dream body!
