Up down Up Down! I have gained and lost the same pounds over and over and over....... however, today, I am still hopeful, optimistic, and determined to stay on the right path. My path has become rather lenient lately, BUT (this is big) but, I understand now how important it is for me to remain vigilant to everything I put in my body! I can allow all things in moderation. But I must never return to the old way of eating!! Thank you all for your posts, your support, and your comments on my post and on all other posts! I read them! ..... A LOT!!!
