it was very hard to only stay on the treadmill for just 30 minutes after being off of it for nearly 3 weeks however doctors orders are doctors orders and I had to stick to them but knowing that I was on it I do feel better mentally and physically cheers to being back
313.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
