I am pissed. Olivia's team party yesterday, didn't touch any candy, popcorn at the movies, didn't eat steak and shake. hit protein, stayed under calories. still very bloated and extremely gassy. please go back down this is so frustrating!!!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
