I noticed that you are good about logging in your food and writing your workout status in your journal, but not logging your weight status on a regular basis. Suggestions only not judgement here. Logging in your weight status on weekly basis helps you to see where your food choices and workouts are helping and where you need improvement a least this is my observation. Like I said not judging. How are you feeling going into the holidays?
