wtf?! I am extremely bloated. Owen had a stomach bug, I felt queasy yesterday and am very gassy but tracked everything. has to be water weight, just stay the course. we did make a gingerbread house and I tasted it but just a tiny piece. we also had taco party and that always seems to make me fluctuate
163.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
