both scales 134.0. went grocery shopping last night. good thing as It's raining today. didn't do yoga last night, but did do am yoga and elliptical before dinner. watched Wimbledon matches and rest of bachelorette.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
