Having to eat out (business) is hurting my progress. I tried to eat smart. Hopefully it's just water weight.
298.4 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bet between water weight and sodium causing the water weight is causing the "weight gain". Restaurants are known to add extra salt and msg to their food to keep customers coming back for more of their "good tasting food". No worries, drinking more water will flush that sodium right out of your system. Have fun!
