Watched myself in the mirror as I worked out today. I was able to do more than usual without getting tired. Its nice to feel results. Oh! And OfficerBF has lost 15 lbs in a month! He's down to 230 now. He has been doing weight lifting, getting some extra cardio with running laps between sets, and eating salads daily. He still had a bit of a belly, but when he gets proud of himself he makes it a bit flatter when he tells me to look. He's cute. ;) Went to watch "Big Hero 6" with OfficerBF before he left for the long drive back. Its sad and lonely when he leaves. After he had gone, I went to the grocery and bought a ton of frozen vegetables and stuff for salads. Bought what I'll need for a crock pot meal for next weekend when he returns. Happy I have all I'll need already, so I can just throw it together. Got home, watched half of "Hercules" the movie he rented while I was at work the night before, and took a nap before work. He didn't finish the movie neither...I'll try to watch the last 45min before I go to sleep, when I get off of work in the morning.
