I have been long gone. I have put on weight. I am OK! I am back. I started working out again and started eating better and less. I can do this!Journaling and tracking my food and exercise helped before, i know it can help me succeed again. I am not that far off. I have been way heavier than this. This is just a backslide. Many, many things going on in my life, Mostly all GOOD! Just too many things. I will take this one step and one bite at a time.
