Well nothing gained and nothing lost. I guess that is a plus, however it is still frustrating. I have not changed anything, still working out three times a week at curves, and still walking two nights a week. I am still keeping track of what goes in my mouth and writting everything down. I am sticking very close to my daily points and never had to use my flex points.
So why no lost?
143.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you need to kick it up a couple of notches. Why not try and walk two more nights a week and add one more aerobics class OR how about getting a jump rope and skip in your back yard for 20 minutes. OR how about doing an extra 1/2 hour at those three CURVES classes. Try it for a week and see what happens. I bet your body is just used to what you're doing. It needs a little shake, just a little one and I bet you'll get back on track cuz you're doing SO AWESOME!!
