pretty big drop vs yesterday, I can't say that I'm complaining though.
I've now reached my "good goal" of getting to 57 kilos and will be happy to maintain now. But my "great" would be to hit 54-55.
I think I have been able to find the mix that works right now which is longer intermittent fasting hours, low carb and keeping my calories at around 1000-1100 which I think for my very sedentary lifestyle is fine. at least from Monday to Friday when I'm behind a desk all day and getting very little movement.
