Finally below the 180 mark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally consistent losses!!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1268 kcal Fat: 80.66g | Prot: 100.78g | Carb: 35.01g.   Breakfast: mayonnaise, provolone cheese, turkey. Lunch: red pepper, provolone, ranch dressing, onion, cucumber, mushrooms, lettuce. Dinner: Eggplant Chips, chicken wings, chicken sausage. Snacks/Other: almonds, pork rinds, green beans, red pepper. more...
