been struggling a lot with depression the past week bc of the anniversary of a friend's suicide death. I've been finding it hard to get the motivation to exercise and have been doing a lot of emotional eating. Gained 5lbs. in two weeks time because of the lack of activity and the increased unhealthy eating habits.
