I’m Ms Zeno. It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here. But I’m back. I am 251 pounds. My goal is 180lbs. Its very encouraging to see you all’s journey. And prepared meals. I’m onboard again. To be a healthier me at age 60. Memphis Tennessee
251.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
