Don't be discouraged. I have noticed that when one drinks a lot of water etc that your body holds onto that water the next day. You probably did lose body fat etc.
Keep at it though. Wishing you all the best with your fitness goals!

Thanks Grant... Yeah didn't drink much water yesterday. Lost 800g 2 days previously so my body is likely just holding onto nutrition. I'll keep at it and get back to goal soon 😉
