Driving, shopping, dropping off orders.
They all burn calories and gets me some more exercise.
Wasn't expecting that!
Still need to keep up with regular, actual, exercise. I like stretching and strengthen exercise. Very good practice with the car sitting actions!
138.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
