Weight is up and down, all over the place despite my adherence to very low carb (20-30g daily). I suspect calories need to be taken into account too, sigh.
188.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Yep! 1200c I lose, 1600c I maintain, 2000c I gain! It only takes that extra snack and wine for me to change the day.

Carbs are so hard. I can eat pasta, crumpets and rice but absolutely cannot eat bread or potatoes. Trial and error is how I found this out.
