I keep falling off the wagon. Happens every time I get super busy with work. I've been hooked on McD's coffee and playing that monopoly game. Zipping down the street for a coffee is a break I look forward to when I'm overworked. Sometimes I get a cookie with the coffee, but I'm trying to keep that indulgence to a minimum.

You know... I used to be a McDonald's hater. And I'm really not a fan, but they make darn good coffee at an affordable price! I have to give them credit for putting the calorie counts on their menu too. That's not something that's enforced in my state like it apparently is in California. But it is a real eye-opener and certainly steers me away from getting more than one cookie at a time, if at all.

I've fallen off the wagon a few times, the most important thing is to climb right back on it and not let it get you down or keep you from continuing on. You lost 1.6 lbs, that's an accomplishment, good job!

NotJune, on the rare mornigns I do a McDonald's stop, I found their Egg White delights without the Canadian Bacon are pretty darned tasty.
