I am seriously struggling with stress at the moment. I have to force myself to eat, I have zero appetite. This j
has never happened to me in my life. I have always had space for food during any time in my life. I can hardly eat 900 calories a day, and that is me forcing myself to eat to not pass out. Hoping for work change to come so that I can keep on being healthy!
141.3 lb Lost so far: 43.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try and support your liver. It could be that your liver is struggling? I sure hope calm will return soon!
