Yesterday, Olive Garden with my daughter - I had chicken cutlet Parmesan, breadsticks, salad and fries… I totally went off…. Today jury duty and back to work… and when I say work, I don’t mean work for pay, I mean work to get this weight down proper… good luck to all you guys!!
163.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
