Hi everyone
Hope ur keeping well really bad food day felt dizzy this morning so broke the Fasting had breakfast and lunch isn’t the best thing either but am going to let it go and think of it as a cheat day going to enjoy it rather than feel guilty…love u xx
158.5 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
