When I started out in February of 2014 I was at an all time high of 280. But, now I'm into territory I have not been at for more than 10 years! My next mini goal to weigh less than my husband, and I need only a few more pounds.

I am fighting to get to that milestone myself.........weighing less than my husband. He's been on the program with me and lost 30 himself, so it's been an ongoing goal lol

I find the mini goals seemed to work for the most part for me so I could have some success and not be overwhelmed. I set it up to be 40 lbs for each of my kids and then a few extra just for myself. So far I am still at just one kid with 2 more to go. Thanks for the reminder to kick my butt back into gear!

Thanks Lettygaylor! Right now it's one hour at a time. Dealing with illness would usually have me saying "to heck with it" instead I am being kind to myself and doing the best I can. Leaving myself open to the chance to do better.
