Holding steady. For record keeping purposes I am shifting to phase 3 today. However, in the last week I have been bringing back in some treats that I like: a small bready snack with my afternoon coffee (scones, tea biscuits, etc.) and a bit of bread or pasta here or there. All in moderation. I have also toned down the exercise from 6-7 days a week to 4-5 days. I am looking to build a pattern that will be easier to sustain when teaching resumes in September.
