For no apparent reason I'm not dropping and it's sooo frustrating!!! pr of 175 front squat, crushing rx workouts and look slimmer. as long as body fat is dropping I know the # isn't important on the scale but I just want it to move down!!!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
